LCI is not connecting to the server. The VPN is connected and the internet is working properly.

It sounds like your configuration file may have been corrupted. Please close O-Calc, delete the contents of the C:\ProgramData\OsmosePPL\LCISettings folder, then restart O-Calc.

I deleted the file and restarted Ocalc, but I am still getting the same error. I also encountered this message when Ocalc is starting up, stating that the OV lidar connection could not be established.
