LCI not connecting

When trying to connect to customer database in LCI within O-Calc I am receiving the error message. The connection string property has not been initialized.

Try renaming or deleting the C:\ProgramData\OsmosePPL\LCISettings folder. You may have corrupted data in there and O-calc will create a new one if it can't find it.
