I don't have the Portal Plug-in for the O-Calc that is on my laptop for the Lumen Brightspeed Project. I don't think I had O-Calc reinstalled on my laptop when we got our new laptops since I wasn't working on O-Calc projects at the time. At the time I was strictly working on Permit Projects.

The most current version of O-Calc can be installed here: https://cods.osmose.com/ClickOnceDeploymentFiles/OCalc_Internal/PPL_OsmoseInternal.application and if you do not see the Portal Plugin active when your O-Calc starts you can enable it under the Options menu.
