Ocalc not responding

One of the photos is taking a little longer to load than normal just, when i click on a pole it start buffering. I have reached out to IT and issue is still at hand my connection is good its my OCalc app not responding i was told to reach out to ocalcsupport.com

I have restarted my computer and when i click on pole it starts to freeze up.
