I get an error box that states "illegal Groundline element" when trying to create a new line design, or I get one that states "ProductionportalAPI threw an exception" when trying to load and/or refresh portal.

I also have instances where ocalc just closes itself out instead of loading Portal, as well as An all out, blue screen system crash that causes my PC to restart that says "PAGE FAULT IN NONPAGED AREA....win32kbase.sys failed

Thank you for reporting this. It seems like you have several different errors here. First, the illegal Groundline Element error indicates that the pplx file you are trying to load out of portal is corrupted. You will need to reach out to your supervisor and have them rebuild that pole from portal data and reupload it so you can open it.

The message that states Production Portal API threw an exception indicates you are having networking issues. You will need to put in a helpdesk ticket for this one.

Lastly, O-Calc should never result in a blue screen or system crash. Something is seriously wrong with your computer if you are encountering this. Put in a help desk ticket and have them check for hardware problems with your computer.

You can also attach screenshots of these error messages to your posts. Unfortunately, the forum system only allows one attachement per comment so you will need to add additional comments for additional attachments.
