This is my first time logging on to LCI and need access. When i logged into O-Calc it showed a pop up and would not allow access to it. What exactly am I supposed to do? Or doing wrong?

You will need to configure LCI to connect to the correct server. After you see the pop-up click on Configure -> Customer Settings. This will bring up the customer settings window which will allow you to enter your server information and image file path. Contact your supervisor to get the information you need to enter into the customer settings window.
