Hi, I have a designer who has access to my project in portal. We have assigned him poles to his name in portal and every time he tries to load the line design it gives an Error. Also when he tries to assign poles to himself where his name should be it is blank. I have attached some images of what exactly is happening.

Please attach a screenshot of the error message he is receiving. You may need to add multiple comments, the forum limits you to one image per comment.

This user may not be configured properly, either in Portal or in the Osmose User base. I will have one of our testers reach out to you and the user having this issue to check setttings, get repro steps, and do some basic trouble shooting.
